ABOUT US

Alumni Solutions, LLC, was formally established in 2022 to provide healthy, high-quality, nutritious lunch menu options for St. John Bosco High School, an all-male, Catholic, college preparatory institution located in Bellflower, California.

The founder of Alumni Solutions is Otto Rafael Peñarredonda, an alumnus and experienced food service entrepreneur. He has previously implemented successful food programs to serve SJBHS students in 2002 and 2012.

When called upon once more by his alma mater, Otto Rafael had a tough decision to make. His sole current focus is his food products company, Otto’s Pizza Stix, Inc., which funds his nonprofit foundation to help impoverished children in his native country of Colombia: Colombia De Mi Corazón, Inc.

However, after much prayer, he could not refuse his alma mater, realizing that it would not only support SJBHS students, their families, and the school itself, but also indirectly benefit his foundation, by bringing additional jobs to others and expanding his business team of entrepreneurs.

Developed to relieve the school administration from spending valuable time on food service concerns, Alumni Solutions is now poised to deliver an efficient, sustainable, and exceptional Food Service program to St. John Bosco for many years to come.
